Luke Bonnici joined the firm in 2022, gaining broad exposure across both the Corporate and Legal practices. His early contributions spanned client advisory work and internal research initiatives, laying a strong foundation for his current role within the Private Clients Tax practice.
Luke advises individuals and closely held entities on a range of tax matters, including pre-immigration planning, tax residency structuring, private pension treatment, and the evolving regulatory landscape surrounding digital assets. His work often involves cross-border considerations, where he supports clients in navigating complex compliance obligations while identifying opportunities for tax efficiency. Luke has co-authored technical publications alongside senior members of the practice and remains actively engaged in legal and fiscal research.
In 2024, he completed the Master of Advocacy programme at the University of Malta and was admitted to the Bar in 2025. He now serves as an Associate within the firm’s Tax Practice, contributing to its bespoke advisory services for internationally mobile clients.
