Community

Our commitment beyond professional excellence, dedicated to contributing to the community and making a positive impact.

At CCLEX Global, we believe our mission extends beyond delivering exceptional legal services. We are deeply committed to making a meaningful impact on society through ethical practice, community engagement, and support for innovation. Our initiatives reflect our values and our dedication to giving back.

The Gift of Time

We believe that time is one of the most valuable gifts we can offer. Each department within our firm adopts up to two charitable causes annually, dedicating time, energy, and resources to support them. These efforts culminate during the festive season, when our teams actively engage in fundraising and volunteering to make a tangible difference in the lives of others.

Supporting the Arts

Since relocating to the beautifully restored 17th-century Palazzo Ursula in 2010, we have proudly supported Malta’s artistic community. Our offices serve as a gallery space for both established and emerging local artists, showcasing works ranging from paintings and ceramics to sculptures. A significant portion of proceeds from art sales is donated to charities endorsed by the firm. Featured artists have included Joe Xuereb, Adrian Scicluna, and Christopher Saliba.

Pro Bono Legal Support

We consider it our duty, as both legal professionals and global citizens, to use our expertise to support those most in need. Through our pro bono programme, we provide legal assistance to foundations and organisations that serve vulnerable communities, ensuring access to justice and legal guidance where it’s needed most.

Championing Start-Ups & Innovation

Innovation is at the heart of our firm’s ethos. From our inception as a paperless law firm, we have embraced technology and forward-thinking solutions. We actively support inventors and entrepreneurs, offering legal guidance on intellectual property and patentability. Our team, including founding partner Dr Maria Chetcuti Cauchi, has advised institutions such as the Malta Council for Science and Technology and the University of Malta.

Understanding the challenges faced by early-stage businesses, we offer tailored legal support to start-ups at preferential rates, helping them navigate their formative years with confidence.
