Legal Basis
The Grenada Citizenship by Investment Programme commenced in August 2013 by virtue of Act No.15, 2013 also known as the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act. To preserve the prestige, value and integrity of the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Programme, strict but straightforward legal protocols were put into place.

Eligibility
Real Estate Investment of either $200,000 when investing in the Tourism Accommodation Sector or $350,000 in government approved projects which are not in the Tourism Accommodation Sector. In order for applicants to opt for the first option, a main applicant must invest together with at least one additional main applicant. Each of the main applicants must pay a minimum purchase price of $220,000.
