Legal Basis for Grenada Citizenship by Investment
The Grenada Citizenship by Investment Programme was re-launched in 2013 under the Regulations of the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act, no 15 of 2013. This provision grants citizenship to individuals who must be at least 18 years of age, be of good character and have clean criminal record.
Eligibility for Grenada Citizenship by Investment
Under current regulations, to qualify for citizenship of Grenada under its Citizenship-by-Investment Program, the Government requires, either:
- An investment in designated real estate with a value of at least US$ 350,000, or;
- A contribution to the National Transformation Fund of a minimum of US$ 200,000.
