Kenneth Camilleri, director at Chetcuti Cauchi chose the 2019 IronMan for a higher cause... Kenneth will be carrying out the triathlon in aid of Claris Foundation.
Claris Foundation
Claris is the voluntary organisation set up and managed by ChetcutiCauchi and focuses on causes related to children and refugees. Claris is currently focusing on a number of causes that are linked to the betterment and education of children in need, with one current particular project focusing on responsible sports and equipment related thereto.
IronMan 2019
Kenneth has dedicated time, effort and a lot of sacrifice to upgrade his athletic levels in the last 3 years and to prepare for this event. His intention is to turn what might usually be a self-centred purpose to a selfless endeavor.
On the coast of Emilia-Romagna, one of the most famous Italian regions in the world for nature, art, and food, this Kenneth will accomplish his first IronMan ever in this first-ever "made in Italy" IRONMAN event.
Kenneth will be covering 226km in total - 3.8k swimming, 180km bike and 42.2km run! Kenneth has pledged a personal donation to Claris equivalent to the kilometers that he will cover and urges external donors to match his own donation. Maria Chetcuti Cauchi as chairperson of the foundation and all the board personally thank Kenneth for his yearly efforts and contribution in terms of time and effort to our cause.
