CCLEX Malta member firm Chetcuti Cauchi’s entity CC VFA Agent Ltd is one of the first entities licenced by the Malta Financial Services Authority to act as a virtual financial asset agent. CC VFA Agent Ltd received its licence in terms of the Virtual Financial Assets Act which came into force in November 2018 establishing a framework for conducting and approving ICOs, preparing white papers and regulating the activities of service providers, including exchanges and trading platforms.
