The Cabinet and the Citizenship by Investment Unit of Saint Kitts & Nevis has approved the extension of the Limited Time Offer in relation to the Sustainable Growth Fund to 31st December 2021. Under this extension, a family of up to four (4) persons can be included in one application at a cost of (excluding processing and due diligence fees). This amendment is included in the Saint Kitts and Nevis Statutory Rules and Orders No 8 of 2021.
Under this limited time offer, the family's cost for applying for citizenship under this programme is effectively reduced by USD $45,000 since the standard investment cost for a family of four is USD $195,000. Thus under the Limited Time offer valid until the end of 2021, the investment required is:
- Main Applicant: USD $150,000
- Main Applicant & Spouse: USD $150,000
- Family of four: USD $150,000
Additional dependants can be added for an increased contribution of USD $10,000 each, except for qualifying siblings who can be added at USD $20,000 each.
